By means of the use of the GPS Satloc, Synergy S.A. developed the application of the precision technology agriculture , transferring to our clients benefits like:

•Reduction of sampling costs and of chemical application.

Capture of opportune and reliable information for taking decisions

The pilots' permanent following in the work of gathering of data.

Raising of maps and points of interest accurately of 15 cms.

Selection of points or areas of interest in earth that you/they can be transferred to the GPS teams of our airplanes for works or special works.

CP NOZZLE STD

The nozzles manufactured in Polipropilene and stainless steel, eliminate the necessity of the fumigation tips and they are designed specifically for air applications. They have four holes and three plane baffles that allow the pilot to mark the wanted capacity of flow and the spectrum of drops without changing pick, pill or assembly angle.

They summarize of Characteristic
*More drift reduction
*Faster change of flow and/or size of the drop
*Excellent path of dewed from 10 lts/ha
*Neddle Valvle Retention, versatile and reliable

Technical specifications
Exit Flow 1,3 to 12,00 lts/min (0.352 to 3.36 USG/min) for mouthpiece
Flow control restrictor badge of four holes (.062º, .078º, .125º, .172º) and a closing position
Valvle of needle cut system doesn't open up in vibration presence. any obstruction is liberated just by throwing of the offspring
Operation Speed 120 - 130 mph
Drop Sizes 190 - 350 VMD; amendable range in each mouthpiece, by means of a plate baffle of three planes (30º, 55º and 90º)

MICRONAIR ATOMIZER

The atomiser is precision engineered from proven chemical resistant materials and uses a rotating woven wire gauze cylinder to produce spray droplets.  This technique ensures a narrow, controlled spectrum of droplet sizes for the most efficient and economical application of a wide range of chemicals.

The atomiser is driven by the airflow past the aircraft by three highly efficient fan blades.  These are adjustable in pitch, enabling the rotational speed to be varied as required.  The size of the spray droplets is determined by the rotational speed of the gauze.  The atomiser can, therefore, be set to produce the correct droplet size for a particular operation by a simple adjustment of the blade angle.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Weight: 1.8Kg (4 lb) complete with mounting bracket
Mounting: By streamlined mounting clamp – specify boom size and profile when
ordering.
Chemical throughput: 0 – 23 L/min (0 – 6 USG/min) per atomiser
Flow control: By variable restrictor unit.
Chemical shut-off: By diaphragm check valve and internal secondary shut-off.
Fan: Adjustable three bladed fan running at 2000 – 10,000 RPM max
Operating airspeed: 145 – 240 Km/Hr (90 – 150 MPH)
Droplet size: Variable between 60 – 750 microns VMD
